This is the public page for My Virtual PM. It is deliberately simple.
What this website does
- It sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools.
- It does not load anything from other companies: the fonts, images and code all come from this site.
- It counts visits and button clicks, and which wording of the first screen was shown, as plain totals for each day. It does not record who you are, your address, your device or anything that could tell one visitor from another. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted.
If you use the early-access form
The form asks for your name, your practice’s name, your work email, whether you use Dentally and how many surgeries you have. We keep those answers, with the date, to reply to you and to talk with you about the product. We use them for nothing else, we do not sell or share them, and the only thing sent anywhere else is a short notification to our own phone containing just your practice’s name, so we notice your request. Ask us to delete your answers and we will; email [email protected]. If you do not become a customer we delete them within twelve months.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive what you wrote, your email address and the details your email program adds. We use it only to reply to you. We do not sell or share it.
The product itself
My Virtual PM is a private dashboard that practices use behind a sign-in. It reads a practice’s own Dentally account, read only. It stores totals and counts, not patient names. Each practice agrees how its data is handled before it starts. This page does not describe any one practice’s data.
